As Tax Counsel for Capital Strategies, Alexander specializes in tax related issues regarding estate planning with sophisticated life insurance products for wealth transfer clients throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

An attorney with a background in estate planning, Alexander is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Birmingham, where he serves on the board. He currently holds his Alabama Life Insurance, and FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities registrations.

Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Alabama, and he received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Most recently he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation, 2020).

In his free time, he enjoys hunting, travel and spending time outdoors with his family. He and his wife, Kibbe, have twin sons, Court and Wyatt, and a daughter, Pippa. AL Insurance License #677813.
