As Client Service Coordinator for Capital Strategies, Allison Rossi works closely with clients, advisors, and trustees to support ongoing policy service and in-force policy management. Allison has more than 30 years of experience in customer service and life insurance policy administration, with a particular focus on providing efficient, proactive, and highly personalized client service.

Prior to joining Capital Strategies, Allison spent over 20 years with AUCTORIS, where she became closely acquainted with the firm’s clients and the nuances of their service needs. Her background provides important continuity for former AUCTORIS clients as they transition to Capital Strategies.

Allison is involved in the annual review process, helps coordinate service requests, and facilitates transactions or updates that may better align policies with each client’s goals and objectives. She brings a strong commitment to quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail in her work with clients and their advisors.

In her free time, Allison enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, traveling, listening to audiobooks, and watching classic movies.
