Griff is responsible for leading Capital Strategies’ personal property and casualty insurance business, a specialized personal insurance business serving the unique needs of high net worth individuals and families. Coverages include homeowners, personal umbrella/excess, automobile, marine, private aviation, fine art/collectibles & cyber liability. The priority of Griff and his Capital Strategies team is to consistently deliver personalized strategies, solutions, and service by attracting and developing the best talent in the industry – and not allowing excessive volume to dilute our ability to provide concierge service.

Prior to joining Capital Strategies, Griff was a Senior Vice President for McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc.  Griff is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and was a member of the Southern Miss baseball team, serving as co-captain in 2003.  Griff and his wife Mims have three children: Charlie, Evie & Isla.
